Banff, Golden & Rogers [BRITISH COLUMBIA] - HakSki

Banff National Park is Canada's oldest national park, established in 1885.  Located roughly 100 miles West of Calgary, Banff is home to some of the most dramatic and iconic mountains in all of Canada.

The three main ski resorts in the Banff area are Sunshine Village, Lake Louise and Mt. Norquay.  The video here entitled "Sculpted in Time:  The Wise Man" features some of the history, tradition and beauty in Banff, featuring the Mt. Norquay ski resort.

With direct flights from the NYC area to Calgary, the Banff area is incredible for families in both winter and summer.

Heading West, Kicking Horse in Golden and the famous Rogers Pass add a road trip format, each with its own terrain and identity.  You can't go wrong anywhere in BC.
